We have worked together to develop Empathy Academy and a program called Dynamic Emotional Integration®, also known as DEI, a licensing program based on Karla's lifelong work with emotions and empathy.

DEI was created from the work in Karla's books: The Language of Emotions and The Art of EmpathyI am a lead instructor of DEI and double licensed as a DEI Trainer and DEI Consultant. I am also the Director of Operations at Emotion Dynamics Inc., and I work alongside Karla in developing curriculum and programs on emotions and empathy.
